How to track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. You can monitor shipment progress through the carrier's tracking portal once the item is in transit.
Can I make changes to my order?
Because we prioritize fast fulfillment, we're unable to change an order once it is placed. Please verify all checkout details before confirming your purchase.
How do I return or exchange?
Items must be in original condition with tags attached and no visible wear to qualify for returns. Clearance items are excluded. After receiving the returned parcel, our team issues an online credit note that never expires to purchase anything in our store, or the size you prefer. Direct exchanges are not offered.
The item I want is out of stock. What to do now?
New collection pieces typically restock within a few weeks. You can subscribe to email notifications to receive alerts when desired items become available again.
I entered the incorrect shipping address – can you change it?
Contact us immediately with the correct address. Changes may be possible if the order hasn't shipped yet. If your order has already been packed and/or dispatched, we sadly cannot make any changes.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
Email us within 30 days with your order number, product name/code, photos of the item, and problem details for resolution assistance.
I forgot to apply my discount code, can I still apply it?
Contact us promptly with your order number and promo code. We'll attempt to apply the discount to your order.
